Meet The Walkers in Chicago, IL

Caroline is one of the new owners of Millennium Dog Walkers & Pet Care and a lifelong animal lover. She has a background in business and design but finds the most joy in connecting with pets and their people. Whether she’s out on walks or behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly, she brings warmth, creativity, and a serious love for dogs to everything she does. Her sidekick is Milly, a rescue pup with a big personality and even bigger heart.

Ryan is co-owner of Millennium Dog Walkers & Pet Care and brings a calm, steady energy to every walk (and every pet!). With a background in finance and operations, he’s all about keeping things organized behind the scenes - while still getting plenty of tail wags along the way. He’s known for winning over even the shyest pups with his gentle approach and genuine care. Outside of dog walking, you’ll find him exploring the city with Caroline and their dog Milly.

Lives in Lincoln Square, loves dogs, and has 2 of his own. Shane is also a Big Cub fan, and loves going to live music events.

Chris came to us from Sweden, is married, loves her job, and has a degree in Animal Handling. Chris has an amazing work ethic. 

Rebecca is a dedicated and dependable member of the Millennium Dog Walkers & Pet Care team. She has a calm, caring presence that pets instantly connect with, and she treats every dog like her own. Whether she’s walking through the neighborhood or stopping in for a visit, Rebecca always shows up with a smile and a leash in hand. We’re lucky to have her on the team and so are the pups she cares for!

Patricia has been part of the Millennium Dog Walkers & Pet Care team for a long time, and the pups (and their people) can’t get enough of her! She’s warm, reliable, and has a natural way with animals that makes every walk feel special. Her familiar face and steady presence have made her a favorite in the neighborhoods we serve. We’re so lucky to have her on the team!

Morgan is a friendly, reliable member of the Millennium Dog Walkers & Pet Care team with an easygoing personality and a genuine love for animals. Outside of her work as an illustrator, she brings a calm, comforting presence to every walk, making sure each dog comes home happy and relaxed. We’re so lucky to have her on the team!

Isabella is a kind, dependable, and thoughtful member of the Millennium Dog Walkers & Pet Care team. She takes the time to get to know each pet’s personality and makes sure every walk is safe, fun, and full of care. Her calm and loving nature puts both pets and their humans at ease. We’re lucky to have Isabella bringing smiles (and tail wags!) to our clients every day.

Elizabeth is patient, dependable, and genuinely in tune with every pet she meets. She takes her time getting to know each animal’s personality and makes sure they feel safe and understood. Whether she’s handling a shy pup or a high-energy walker, she brings confidence and kindness to every visit. Pets adore her steady presence, and we’re lucky to have Elizabeth on our MDW team.

Pilar has a warm, friendly presence that pets instantly gravitate toward. She’s gentle, attentive, and always focused on making every walk a safe, comfortable experience. Dogs love her patient approach and how she lets them explore at their own pace. With her caring nature and strong sense of responsibility, Pilar is a wonderful addition to MDW.

Natalie is thoughtful, calm, and incredibly reliable. She takes pride in giving pets the kind of care that makes them feel right at home, even when their owners are away. She pays attention to the little details - the way each dog likes their harness clipped, their favorite route, their quirks - and treats every walk with genuine care. We’re grateful to have someone as dedicated as Natalie on our team!

Rod brings a calm, steady energy to every walk. Dogs trust him right away, and he’s great with both shy pups and the social butterflies. Reliable, patient, and easygoing, Rod shows up for every pet with genuine care and consistency. We’re lucky to have him on the MDW team.
