Premium Dog Walking Service In Chicago

  • How will I know if my dog has been walked.

    A:  Our walker will send a text update and photo following each walk.  They will also let you know anything else pertinent to your dogs health.

  • If I need to cancel my walk how far in advance do you need to know, and will I be charged?

    Any walk can be cancelled if received by 10:00 A.M. the day of the walk, or 2 hrs. before your dogs walk window. 

  • How far in advance do I need to schedule walks or let you know if I need to cancel?

    Walks are typically scheduled the weekend before walks actually happen. If you need a Last minute walk on a day you’re not scheduled we’ll do everything we can to walk your Dog that day. Cancellations can be made the day of the walk as long as we know 2 hrs. prior to your Dogs walk window. 

  • Will my dog have the same walker for all walks, or will it always be a different walker?

    Your pet will always have the same walker, unless a walker is sick or needs a few days off.

  • How far in advance do I need to cancel a walk?

    If we know 2 hrs. prior to your dogs walk window, the walk can be cancelled without charge.

  • How will I know if my dog has been walked?

    You will receive a photo and text update after each walk so you’ll know if your dog peed and pooed or anything else pertinent to the walk. 

  • Does it cost extra if I want the walker to feed my dog?

    Our walker will be most happy to feed your dog if requested, and there’s no extra charge for it.
