Q How long does each dog walking session last?
A: Our dog walkers will walk your dog between 20-60 minutes, depending on your request. The dog walker's time will start once they reach your home and end once they leave. Also, the walk time sometimes differs depending on the dog as per their requirements.

Q. Will my dog have undivided attention?
A: Yes, absolutely. During your scheduled 20–60 minute walk, your dog will receive our walker’s full, individual attention. We don’t combine walks with other households, so your pup gets all the care, focus, and affection they deserve. Each walk is tailored to your dog’s needs, whether that means extra exercise, a slower pace, or plenty of snuggles along the way.

Q: How will I know if my dog has been walked?
A: Our dog walker will send a text update and photo following each walk session. They will also let you know anything else pertinent to your dog's health so that you remain stress free.

Q: Will my dog have the same walker for all walks, or will it always be a different walker?
A: We understand how important consistency is and how quickly pets bond with their walker. That’s why we do our best to have the same walker care for your dog every time. In some cases - such as if your regular walker is sick or unavailable - we’ll have another trusted team member step in, ensuring your pup still gets the same level of care and attention.

Q: Does it cost extra if I want the walker to feed my dog?
A: We are pet lover’s and will be happy to feed your dog if requested and there’s no extra charge for it.

Q: If I need to cancel my walk how far in advance do you need to know, and will I be charged?
A: Any walk can be canceled if received by 10:00 A.M. the day of the walk, or 2 hrs. before your dog walks through the window.
